1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through griefs.xyz for Texture Ripper software licenses and subscriptions.
2. Subscription Plans (Indie, Pro, Teams)
All subscription fees (monthly or annual) for Indie, Pro, and Teams plans are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription term upon cancellation.
We encourage you to utilize the free version of Texture Ripper or thoroughly review the features and system requirements before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Perpetual License
For perpetual licenses obtained through continuous subscription (as described in our Terms & Conditions and Plans page), the initial payments made towards qualifying for the perpetual license are non-refundable once the perpetual license is granted. The perpetual license itself does not have a refund option as it represents a permanent grant of software use.
4. Exceptions (at our sole discretion)
While our general policy is no refunds, exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. Such cases may include, but are not limited to:
- Duplicate purchases due to a system error.
- Proven technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as advertised on your system, despite efforts to resolve them with our support team, provided these issues are reported within 7 days of purchase.
Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to support@griefs.xyz within 7 days of the original purchase date. Decisions on exceptions are final.
5. How to Request a Refund (for exceptions only)
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception as outlined above, please send an email to support@griefs.xyz with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- Transaction ID or order number.
- Date of purchase.
- Clear and detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation (e.g., error messages, system specifications for technical issues).
6. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
